My name is Jen, and I am the proud owner of Two Hoots Fudge.

​

In 2021 I began a new life in the slow lane on the Kennet and Avon Canal aboard my 62ft narrowboat, Two Hoots. Floating along the water is a unique and exciting lifestyle, but also presented the challenge of how to make a living. I have always loved baking in my little galley, so that’s when my attention turned to fudge.

OUR STORY

I began experimenting with small batches of fudge, tweaking ingredients and methods until I found the perfect recipe for each flavour. I quickly found that using traditional methods, such as stirring by hand and working the mix to the optimum temperature, resulted in the soft, creamy texture integral to a beautiful fudge.

​

At Two Hoots, only natural ingredients are used so you will never find preservatives in our fudge. Whilst this shortens the shelf life slightly, it means that the fudge is superior in quality and flavour. All my artisan fudge is handcrafted with love, care and attention.

Making fudge in a small galley is not always easy, but it is also part of what makes Two Hoots Fudge so unique. Every purchase is made fresh to order onboard my narrowboat, ensuring that customers receive the highest quality product made by someone who's truly passionate about their craft.​
