SHIPPING

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. You will be offered Standard or Express Shipping at the point of checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable delivery method for your needs.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All fudge is made-to-order to ensure products are as fresh as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of ordering, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

Standard Delivery- Royal Mail Second Class- 2-4 Business Days

Express Delivery- Royal Mail First Class- 1-3 Business Days

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to view the shipping costs before finalising your purchase during the checkout process.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, please understand that once your package is with the courier, we have limited control over unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or logistical issues.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in our handcrafted artisan fudge and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

​

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to address your concerns and make it right.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
